•$24.00 (DOE) Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to provide customer service to our commercial airline, engine overhaul, and global military facilities, Ensure Customer Master File is accurate for assigned accounts; understand Customers purchasing methods; ensure responsive and accurate order fulfillment. Provide prompt replies to quotation requests, order inquiries and complaints. Review documentation from Customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure company instructions are being followed and shipments are delivered in a timely fashion. Responds to customer orders, inquires invoice queries Processes customer orders that arrive via fax or e-mail including a thorough review of the order to ensure all required information has been defined and the business is able to comply with the terms of the order. Monitors order for accuracy ordered product specs, order pricing etc, includes proper information to the ship point, supplier, transport company, and /or freight forwarders for the purpose of manufacture, packaging, shipping and documentation. Ensures the product / order is produced and prepared for shipment on time and delivered to the customer. Provides correct documentation for order depending on destination country Monitors order and shipment status throughout the order fulfillment process and initiates the appropriate actions where necessary (expediting, tracing etc.). Knows resources to involve in ensuring commitments to customers are met. Responsible for managing any logistics related issues that may arise within the supply chain and communicate to the appropriate internal personnel and customers. Skills Required Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR Requirements Minimum 1-year experience in aviation/aerospace experience required. Proven customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is a must Experience in exporting product outside of the US is critical Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential Ability to work as part of a team and interface effectively with other departments Ability to take the initiative and prioritize responsibilities Bilingual
•Spanish a plus PC literate, numerate

Minimum education required: High School Diploma or Associates degree
