As we expand our team, we are looking for a proactive Customer Service Agent to join us. We are a direct-to-consumer online only ecommerce store, and this role is important. If you possess a passion for the wide-leg style, and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, offering accurate information about our jeans products, sizing, and policies. Communicate effectively with the warehouse team via text to ensure smooth order processing, precise shipment coordination, and returns processing. Learn about our product line and stay current on company policies to provide informed assistance to customers. Take direction efficiently, adapting quickly to changes in procedures and policies. Maintain a firm yet polite demeanor in customer interactions, resolving issueswith tact and professionalism. Pay meticulous attention to detail in order processing, ensuring accuracy andefficiency. Take returns protocols seriously, ensuring compliance with establishedprocedures. Requirements Strong familiarity with the Shopify platform, including order management, customer profiles, refunds/credits, and basic inventory navigation; ability to work efficiently within the Shopify backend on a daily basis Proven experience in customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Quick learner with the ability to rapidly grasp product details and companypolicies. Firm but polite approach to customer interactions. Excellent attention to detail in handling orders, resolving customer issues, andadhering to returns protocols. Experience working the Shopify back-end, specifically order details, customer profiles, credit processing, and product inventory. Ability to communicate effectively with the warehouse team via text and phone. Capacity to take direction and adapt to changes quickly.
