We are a full service hospital that provides numerous services and intakes emergencies. We are looking for a long term employee to join our team and grow with the company. We pride ourselves in high quality and compassionate medical care. Excellent customer service with a friendly attitude is mandatory. Job duties include detailed client communication, friendly customer service, checking patients in for appointments, payment transactions, ability to handle multiple phone lines, keen eye for detail and organization. Must be able to work independently and cohesively as part of the team. Applicants with previous experience in a veterinary office and AVImark are preferred. (Applicants must have some kind of veterinary protocol knowledge to be considered.) This is a 32-38hr a week position.
