Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused AT&T Customer Representative to join our sales team. This AT&T Customer Representative role is centered on building meaningful customer relationships while driving sales and delivering tailored solutions. As a key point of contact, our AT&T Customer Representatives will represent our products and services, guiding customers through options, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial interaction to final decision.
This role involves direct customer interaction, presenting products and services, answering questions, and guiding customers through the sales and enrollment process from start to finish. AT&T Customer Representative Responsibilities Work with customers to introduce and promote products and services Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals Drive new customer acquisitions and consistently meet or exceed sales targets Educate customers on product features, pricing, and available promotions Build and maintain long-term relationships to support retention and repeat business Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and confidence Accurately process orders, enrollments, and account updates Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales strategies and customer experience Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings AT&T Customer Representative Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, outgoing, and results-driven mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Adaptability in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required
