What You'll Do Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone. Assist customers in both English and Spanish. Process screenings for home loans. Document customer interactions accurately in company systems. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred. Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate with Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Onsite, in office position Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
