CSA is a customer service position. CSA are tasked with providing great customer service, run chips, handle cash and take orders.

Compensation:

CSA minimum pay is $17.40 plus tips. This is a direct tip position so any tip you make is yours (no tip pool).

Job Functions:

Floor Assistant:

CSA will assist the floor supervisor in running chips, assist with Title 31, player tracking, customer seating, greet customers, card new customers and help keep the gaming area clean.

Janitorial:

The Janitorial function is primarily responsible for the cleaning of all areas of the operation. This function requires some training in the use of chemicals and safety.

Service:

The Service function is primarily responsible for food and beverage distribution to customers. This will include working with the bar staff and the Floor Person to coordinate these efforts. You will be asked to do the following as well as any other functions deemed necessary daily.
