Job Description

Our business is a fast growing music school with locations in Pasadena, Monrovia, San Dimas and Rowland Heights with over 1,000 students currently enrolled. This position is for our Monrovia AND Rowland Heights locations.
Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule appointments Customer service Manage inventory Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Handle a fast paced work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a great attitude who loves customer service, talking to people, is organized, proactive and loves children and families.
Hours:
Full-Time (32 hours) Hours will be from Wednesdays and Fridays in Rowland Heights (approx. 12pm-8pm) and Thursdays (approx. 12pm-8pm) and Saturday (8.30am-5pm) Benefits will be added once you have been on our team for 2 months.
