Order Entry Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our team for a long-term, career-growing opportunity. As a CSR/ Inside Salesperson, you will be responsible for the entry and tracking of Purchase Orders, the driving force behind the entire business. In your Inside Sales role, you will responsible for pursuing cold and warm leads to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This is a key role in the organization which reports to the Vice President of Sales and requires strong written & oral communication, some math skills, organization, an outgoing personality, and the ability to drive results.
Duties:
  • Entry and tracking of open Purchase Orders
  • Catalog and report leads, maintain an active database of prospective customer opportunities
  • Work projects from "cradle-to-grave"
  • from initial lead collection, connection, sourcing, selection of ideal manufacturing technique, close of sale and ongoing project/customer management
  • Provide regular reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Utilize warm calling techniques to generate leads and close sales
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the customer base
Qualifications:
  • Experience in inside sales is a plus but not necessarily required
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
This will begin as a part-time position with an option to convert to full-time once performance is proven.
