Production / Graphics / Customer Service

Minuteman Press Monrovia is seeking candidates for a position as a Production / Graphic Designer / Customer Service. This is NOT just a graphic design role. This position will be responsible for running production equipment, checking and manipulating digital files, and assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional and design projects. You will be expected to run our color digital presses and handling the finishing post press in the shop. Assisting with setting up digital files to print, loading paper, printing and submitting files to vendors, dealing directly with customers, preparing estimates and work orders. We are a cohesive team, and need another experienced candidate to also help with digital printing, light bindery, and any other tasks needed to ensure we continue to have happy customers. We are PC based, using the Adobe design software. You will provide exemplary customer service, build relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers. Requirements:

Production Experience is required Knowledge of cutting and finishing is required Experience with Graphic Design (Adobe Cloud) Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail. Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Professional Appearance and Attitude. Ability to lift 50 lbs General shop cleaning _ We are looking for the right person now and are set to open in August 2025 _

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
