Job Description

Customer Service Representative A growing manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support customers, sales, and internal production teams. This role is responsible for processing orders, coordinating customer requests, and ensuring timely communication throughout the order process. Responsibilities Process and enter customer orders accurately Review pricing, specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements Provide order acknowledgements and status updates to customers Coordinate with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Handle order changes, corrections, returns, and customer inquiries Qualifications 2+ years of customer service or order processing experience Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel ERP system experience preferred Manufacturing environment experience
