Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Part-Time Bilingual Service Advisor/Service Writer to join our automotive service team. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, writing detailed service estimates, and promoting additional services to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in both English and the designated second language, establishing rapport and trust. Accurately listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues with clarity and precision. Write detailed service estimates using estimating software, including repairs such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, tire services, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repairs. Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics and repair needs to ensure accurate service delivery. Upsell additional maintenance or repair services by identifying customer needs and explaining benefits clearly. Manage customer appointments, follow-up communications, and ensure timely updates throughout the repair process. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism during all customer interactions. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in automotive service management; dealership experience is highly preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is required to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools. Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension components, oil changes, tire services, shocks & struts, and collision repair processes. Experience with automotive diagnostics and understanding of mechanical repair procedures. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration; ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers. Ability to upsell services ethically while prioritizing customer needs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles as needed. Pay:

$19.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week
