Qualifications:
Experience working with AAA dispatch system (preferred) Ability to professionally handle driver and customer issues Comfortable accepting and processing payments Knowledge of impound vehicle release procedures and required documentation Ability to follow company policies Strong communication, multitasking and customer service skills
