Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations within our auto service center. Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to determine their auto service needs
- Schedule appointments and manage service requests
- Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts
- Collaborate with the service manager to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction Requirements
- Experience in automotive services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, and transmission work
- Knowledge of auto mechanics to effectively communicate with service technicians
- Proficiency in cash handling and transactions
- Previous experience in service writing or auto service management is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to address inquiries and concerns professionally
