Insurance Customer Service Representative Monterey Park, CA 91755 From $21 an hour
- Full-time From $21 an hour
- Full-time Insurance Company Hiring Office Staff We are a professional insurance company looking to hire an organized, responsible, and communicative office staff member.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in computer operation , able to quickly learn and use office software and systems
- Fluent in both English and Chinese , with strong communication skills
- P&C insurance license preferred , but not required
- training will be provided for the right candidate
- Positive work attitude, strong learning ability, and willingness to grow with the company
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist clients , handle policy-related matters
- Provide insurance quotes , organize and input client information
- Process policy changes, renewals, and claims-related tasks
- Assist the team with daily administrative and clerical work
Compensation & Benefits:
- $21/hour during the two-month probation period
- $22/hour after passing the probation period
- Comprehensive training provided to help you get up to speed quickly
