Job Description

III Telecom Solutions is growing , and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as AT&T Customer Service Representatives. If you enjoy working with people, building connections, and developing real sales skills, this is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced, customer-focused role. As an AT&T Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers in local residential communities, helping them explore wireless and internet solutions that fit their everyday needs. This role combines hands-on sales experience with strong customer interaction, making it ideal for individuals who are driven, outgoing, and eager to grow in a performance-based environment.
What You'll Do:
Meet directly with customers to present AT&T products and services Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend solutions Build strong relationships and deliver a positive customer experience Address customer questions and provide clear, helpful information Customize service options to match each customer's lifestyle and priorities Collaborate with your team to improve sales strategies and performance

Strong communication and customer service skills Interest in sales and working directly with customers Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn Team player with a positive and professional attitude Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required) Our AT&T Customer Service Representatives play a key role in helping customers stay connected while building valuable sales and customer service experience.
