What This Role Actually Is:
You are the first impression of the company . Every call you take either builds confidence… or creates doubt. Your job is to guide that interaction with clarity, professionalism, and purpose. You're not here to ask a checklist of questions — you're here to ask the right questions, the right way , and move the conversation forward naturally.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handle inbound calls with confidence and control Guide homeowners through situations like no cooling, system issues, or estimate requests Ask focused questions that uncover what's actually going on (without overwhelming them) Position appointments in a way that makes moving forward feel natural Create a smooth, high-level experience from the first interaction Work closely with our team to ensure scheduling is efficient and intentional
