Job Description

Napa-based wine tour office is looking for a dynamic and reliable hospitality reservationist to join our dedicated office team.
Duties:
Manage incoming reservation requests & inquiries efficiently via phone, email, and online systems with professionalism and warmth Process tour reservations & reservation updates accurately in database Collaborate effectively and productively with team members Support team projects and daily operations as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrates strong ownership and pride in their work Collaborates effectively and productively with team members Communicates in a warm, friendly, and professional manner over the phone Possesses solid spelling and written communication skills Is reliable, punctual, and dependable Works confidently and efficiently both independently and with minimal supervision Position is full-time & includes weekend days as office is open from 8:00am-6:00pm, 7 days/week. Position pay scale:
$20-$23/hour. Performance based incentive. PTO available.
