The Service Advisor role sits at the center of the guest experience. You are the primary contact between our guests and our service team. You protect their time, earn their trust, and make sure every visit reflects the Audi standard. This is not a reactive role. The best advisors here are prepared, proactive, and precise. They communicate clearly, follow through every time, and treat every guest with the same care
  • whether it is a routine oil change or a major repair. What You Will Do Greet guests promptly and manage every service appointment from write-up to delivery Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and set accurate repair expectations

  • no guest should have to call us first Present recommended services clearly and honestly, without pressure Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work moving on schedule Review completed work with guests at delivery and ensure satisfaction before they leave Maintain accurate records in the DMS and follow up on open items

Structured appointment scheduling that respects the guest's time Centralized parts and reconditioning processes that reduce delays Loaner vehicle coordination handled with care and efficiency Regular team communication so advisors and technicians stay aligned Documented SOPs so expectations are never ambiguous When systems work, advisors can focus on what matters
  • the guest in front of them. What We Are Looking For Required Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment (required)
  • Strong communication skills
  • written, verbal, and in person Ability to manage a high volume of appointments without losing attention to detail Comfort with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, or similar) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • A hospitality mindset
  • you do the right thing for the guest, every time Preferred
  • Audi brand experience (a strong plus
