We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, building connections, and creating exceptional customer experiences. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will provide thoughtful, solution-oriented support while fostering customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term relationships. This role also includes engaging prospective customers through website inquiries and outbound outreach, nurturing leads in Salesforce, and helping customers discover the value of the Duverger Experience. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through personalized communication and follow-up Make approximately 25 outbound calls per day to engage prospects and support existing customers Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, QuickBooks, and ShipStation Support sales initiatives while maintaining a customer-first approach Resolve customer concerns and carrier claims with empathy, urgency, and professionalism Assist with special projects and provide support across multiple functions as needed Serve as a backup for DSS order processing and customer shipment communications Represent Duverger at trade shows and industry events as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred Sales and/or customer service experience required Warm, friendly, and customer-focused personality with a passion for building relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Positive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable representing the Duverger brand at customer and industry events Fluent in English (written and verbal) Commitment to maintaining safety and hygiene standards Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may fall outside the scope of the formal job description Work Environment At Duverger, our people are as important as our products.
