Job Description
FDA Customer Service Representative Location:
Oxnard, California (Onsite | Remote Not Available) AGQ Labs USA is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable FDA Customer Service Representative to support our FDA Account Manager and help keep client projects moving smoothly. This is an entry-level role focused on communication, documentation, and coordination. No laboratory or regulatory background is required, but a willingness to learn FDA processes and a strong attention to detail are essential. Schedule This is a full-time, onsite position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on client needs or time-sensitive deadlines. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Associate or bachelor's degree in any field is a plus but not required Prior customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred Compensation ROP is $20.00-$25.00/hour depending on experience. What We Provide Full benefits package effective after 90 days, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Company-issued laptop On Site Training Responsibilities Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for FDA clients, responding to inquiries and keeping clients informed on the status of their samples and projects Coordinate with the FDA Account Manager to support active client accounts and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Set up new sampling events by confirming scheduling, client information, and required documentation ahead of time Review PLAPS reports and flag any discrepancies or missing information before they reach the client Review quality documents for completeness and accuracy prior to submission or client delivery Assist with ITACS submissions by organizing and verifying that all required documents are included and properly formatted Support the sample receiving process by confirming samples are logged correctly and matched to the appropriate client and project Help compile and distribute Certificates of Analysis to clients in a timely manner Maintain organized records of client communications, sample status, and project documentation Follow up with clients and internal departments to keep projects on schedule Assist with general administrative tasks that support the FDA team as needed Qualifications and Skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable speaking with clients and external contacts by phone and email Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions Comfortable learning new software systems and internal platforms Ability to stay calm and focused when deadlines are tight Team player who takes initiative and follows throughPay:
