This position is for someone who appreciates and will contribute to a supportive small team environment where every position is valuable. As a Customer Service Representative in our insurance agency team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have insurance agency client assisting experience, possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. Bilingual (English & Spanish) or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as we value diverse communication skills in serving our clientele. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist customers with order processing, and troubleshooting issues effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry into our computerized systems. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share best practices. Identify opportunities for agency upselling or cross-selling products during customer interactions. Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or client services in an insurance agency is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential. Bilingual (English & Spanish) or multilingual abilities are highly encouraged, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems is required. Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy during customer interactions. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
