As an AT&T Customer Associate , you will work directly with customers in an in-person environment, assisting with account management, answering questions, providing product information, and helping customers select AT&T services that best meet their needs. A Day in the Life of an AT&T Customer Associate Provide in-person customer support and assistance regarding AT&T products, services, and account options Build positive relationships with new and existing customers through personalized interactions Assist customers with account activation, upgrades, billing inquiries, and service-related questions Educate customers on AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions to help them make informed decisions Process new customer enrollments, account updates, and service changes accurately Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings Participate in ongoing training to strengthen customer service, communication, and sales skills Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in compliance with company policies Ideal Qualities of an AT&T Customer Associate Customer-focused and passionate about helping others Strong communicator who enjoys interacting with people Positive attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor Detail-oriented and organized when managing customer accounts Problem-solver who can identify customer needs and recommend solutions Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Motivated to learn, grow, and develop professionally Requirements for the AT&T Customer Associate High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training Must be local and available to start immediately Pacific Crest Consulting is proud to provide equal opportunities for growth and development.
