Client Care Coordinator eXp Team Borges Pasadena, CA Job Details $20 - $30 a year 8 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Real Estate License Full Job Description We're a high-production real estate team looking for an Operations Assistant to handle the work that requires a real person. You'll work directly with the team lead and own his calendar, the client gifting program, vendor coordination on active transactions, and anything that needs a human present. We run AI-driven systems that handle reporting and data — your job is the judgment and follow-through that those tools can't replace. No real estate license required.
Compensation:
$20 - $30 yearly
Responsibilities:
Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough
Qualifications:
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager Available evenings and weekends Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems Communicates well, both verbally and written Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED About Company The Borges Team, led by Justin Borges out of the Old Town Pasadena office, serves real estate buyers, sellers, and investors across the Greater Los Angeles area.
