Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a high-energy Service Coordinator / Customer Relations professional to be the front line of communication for a fast-growing, service-driven business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment , enjoys helping customers, and can juggle multiple communication channels with speed and accuracy. This position plays a critical role in supporting customers, scheduling service technicians, troubleshooting service issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience-especially during busy seasons. What You'll Do Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and text messages from new and existing customers Respond quickly and professionally to questions and service issues via phone, email, and text (approximately 2,000-3,000 texts daily) Troubleshoot customer concerns and determine next steps Schedule service technicians for repairs, service visits, and estimates Coordinate closely with the field service team to ensure timely and accurate scheduling Enter, update, and manage customer information in Microsoft tools and a CRM system (ServiceTitan experience not required) Provide excellent customer service while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a busy environment What We're Looking For Strong communication skills - clear, friendly, and confident in person, on the phone, via email, and text Ability to work quickly and stay organized while managing high volumes of requests Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (CRM experience preferred) Professional, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Background in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is strongly preferred Work Environment & Perks Small, family-owned and operated company with a tight-knit team Lunch provided Monday-Friday Management-sponsored team dinners Free on-site parking included Schedule Monday- Friday /fully onsite / Pay $21-25hr All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
