Job Description
Customer Service Representative If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the calm voice customers can rely on, we'd like to meet you. AirTech HVAC is a second-generation, family-owned company that has proudly served the San Gabriel Valley since 1988. We've built our reputation by doing things the right way; providing exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and treating both our customers and employees with respect. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in the customer experience. You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners calling for service, helping schedule appointments, answer questions, and ensure every customer feels taken care of from the first phone call. We believe great customer service starts with great people. That's why we invest in training, provide opportunities for growth, and foster a team-oriented environment where everyone works together to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service or call center experience HVAC, home service, and/or ServiceTitan experience is a plus Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people Strong computer and data-entry skills Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize effectively Familiarity with local geography and mapping systems is helpful
