The JUSTIN Wine Society team is seeking a full-time Associate, DTC Customer Experience for a temporary 2-3 month assignment. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our wine club members for all three wine brands: JUSTIN, Landmark, and Lewis via a variety of omnichannel platforms, including phone and email. This Associate will support the Manager, DTC Experience, and the Sr. Associate, DTC Customer Experience, with daily and special tasks.

Job DescriptionEnsures world-class customer service is provided in all facets of omnichannel communications (to include telephone, email, live chat, text, in person) with all members and customersDisplays concierge-level service style when interacting with members, customers, vendors, and colleaguesActively recruits members to join wine clubs for all three brandsActively sells wine to existing members and customersWorks with Manager, DTC Experience to resolve logistics issues including deliverability, compliance, returns, and damagesWorks with Manager, DTC Experience to manage seasonal club charges, decline capture, and new member inclusion and recruitmentEngages with external departments and vendors as needed in support of Wine Society eCommerce and Club requirementsProactively supports Manager, DTC Experience in all daily ecommerce and club order systems, shipping, and customer service tasks and goalsWorks with Manager, DTC Experience to manage customer tags, to include employee and special pricing qualificationsMaintains accurate record-keeping and CRM database informationParticipates in on-property events and executes off-site events, as neededAccommodate a varying schedule throughout the year as determined by the ebb and flow of traffic to our different business unitsMust be willing to work rotational schedule, including weekends, as neededQualifications2 years sales, hospitality and/or marketing/public relations experience in the wine industry preferredProven success working in a customer service and/or sales position or industryProficient with Microsoft Office•especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPointKnowledge of Commerce7 or similar, a plusWine Certification (WSET, CMS, CWS) a plus, but not requiredAA degree from an accredited institution

Pay Range:

$19.00•$22.00 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
