We're looking for a part-time Retail Associate who brings great energy, genuine enthusiasm, and a team-first attitude to work. More than anything, we're looking for someone who enjoys people, takes pride in doing a great job, and makes the workplace better by being there. This could be an especially great fit for someone who wants a smaller, part-time schedule , is regularly available on weekends, and has some flexibility to pick up additional shifts when teammates need coverage. While our staffing needs may increase during the busy season, we would love to find someone who can become a long-term part of our team. Cannabis experience is welcome, but absolutely not required. We can teach you about cannabis, our products, and our systems. What we're really looking for is the right person.

What You'll Do As a Retail Associate, you'll spend most of your time helping create a genuinely great experience for our customers and supporting the rest of the Farmhouse team.

That includes:

Welcoming customers and providing warm, thoughtful service Learning our products so you can make helpful, approachable recommendations Operating our POS system and handling cash accurately Restocking, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor looking great Checking IDs and carefully following cannabis compliance procedures Helping maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store Pitching in wherever needed during busy periods Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive work environment Who We're Looking For The right person for this role is someone who is: Friendly, upbeat, and genuinely enjoys working with people Reliable —if you say you'll be there, your team can count on you Enthusiastic and willing to jump in without needing to be asked Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team Curious and excited to learn Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures carefully Comfortable staying busy and shifting between different tasks Available to work weekends Able to occasionally pick up additional shifts when coverage is needed Interested in being part of Farmhouse beyond just a short seasonal stint You must be 21 or older to work in our cannabis retail environment. Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is required. Cannabis knowledge is a plus, but it is not a requirement. You should also be comfortable using retail technology and POS systems, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 30 lbs. Weekend availability is required , and we're especially interested in someone who has enough flexibility to occasionally pick up additional shifts for vacation, illness, busy periods, or other coverage needs. We don't expect you to be available at all times—we do need someone whose schedule makes this kind of flexibility realistic.
