Duties Greet customers warmly in multiple languages, creating an inviting environment that encourages repeat visits Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for smooth transactions Handle cash, credit card payments, and food orders accurately while maintaining excellent cash handling practices Assist with food preparation and food service tasks to ensure timely delivery of orders Upsell menu items or products by engaging customers with friendly suggestions to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the front-of-house area, including bussing tables and food handling areas Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a strong advantage Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently in retail or grocery store settings Experience in customer service roles that require bilingual communication skills is desirable Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and retail math tasks Background in culinary experience or kitchen work can be beneficial but is not mandatory Strong time management skills combined with a proactive approach to upselling and sales are essential for success Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes a difference!
