Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and event attendees. You will ensure every interaction is seamless, professional, and engaging while supporting smooth event operations from start to finish. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional event customer service, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing the overall brand experience.
