This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys solving problems, supporting online orders, and helping customers make confident purchasing decisions. The Customer Service/Sales Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers, visitors, candidates, and internal teams. This opportunity offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where strong communication, organization, and follow-through are valued. Candidates who enjoy teamwork, product support, e-commerce assistance, and a mix of customer care and sales support will be a strong fit. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls and emails regarding product questions, concerns, complaints, and general support needs. Assist customers with e-commerce portal support, online order processing, and direct shopping cart site inquiries. Review orders for fraud indicators, out-of-stock issues, billing accuracy, and shipping address verification. Issue and process RMAs for dealers and end users related to merchandise returns or defective products. Recommend alternative products, new items, or additional accessories when appropriate. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, interview candidates, incoming calls, and occasional mail distribution.

Compensation and Benefits Pay rate:

$22 per hour.
