Automotive Service Advisor πŸ“ Bakersfield, CA πŸ’² 20-23 hourly Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-6:00 PM πŸ“Œ Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Are you passionate automotive service advisor about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping service operations running smoothly. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with both customers and service technicians, we'd love to hear from you!
Requirements:
MUST HAVE
at least 3 years of recent Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer experience- NO
EXCPETIONS
Outstanding customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computer systems and maintaining accurate documentation.
What You'll Do:
βœ… Welcome customers and provide an outstanding service experience from arrival to vehicle pickup βœ… Create and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail βœ… Explain recommended maintenance, repairs, pricing, and manufacturer service schedules βœ… Keep customers informed with updates, completion timelines, and any service changes βœ… Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure repairs are completed efficiently βœ… Review completed repairs with customers, explain warranties and future maintenance recommendations βœ… Schedule appointments, answer service calls, and support the service department during busy periods.
