Monday
- Friday (ONSITE) 8:00am-5:00pm $23
- 26 (based on experience) What's a typical day as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)? You'll be:
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails regarding customer requests or internal inquiries.
- Processing customer requests for service, including starting and stopping services.
- Handling customer complaints and requests, coordinating with other departments as necessary, and managing cash, check, or credit card payments at the service counter. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
- Have a commitment to customer service and a willingness to resolve issues effectively.
- Are available to work the specified hours and are comfortable in a fully onsite role.
