Job Description
Chevron ExtraMile in Rialto is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Cashiers / Customer Service Associates. We are seeking motivated employees who provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized store, and help ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Operate the cash register and accurately handle cash, credit cards, and other payments. Assist customers with fuel purchases, merchandise, and general questions. Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays. Maintain store cleanliness, including counters, floors, restrooms, and outside areas. Check identification for age-restricted products in accordance with applicable laws. Monitor inventory and inform management when products need restocking. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and store operating standards. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous cashier, retail, or gas station experience preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine store duties. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is honest, hardworking, takes initiative, and maintains a positive attitude.
