Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through policy features and benefits. Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance services across various channels, including telemarketing campaigns and community events. Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) while handling sensitive client information. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively convey product value propositions. Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback.
