Job Description:
Customer Service / Data Coordinator Riverside, CA (Onsite) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service / Data Coordinator to support daily customer interactions and maintain accurate data records. This role is onsite in Riverside and plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate communication and data integrity across internal teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems Enter, update, and maintain customer and order data with a high level of accuracy Coordinate information between customer service, operations, and internal departments Resolve customer issues by researching data discrepancies and following established processes Generate reports, track service metrics, and support data audits as needed Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with company standards Support additional administrative and coordination tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, data coordination, or administrative support Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and record management Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and database or CRM systems Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, onsite environment Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience working with order processing, logistics, or operations data Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems Experience in a high-volume customer service environment Work Environment Onsite position based in Riverside, CA Standard business hours; schedule details discussed during the interview process Compensation $21.63 per hour Benefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
