Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Representative and be the friendly face that delivers exceptional customer experiences! In this energetic role, you will be the key to creating a welcoming environment by providing fast, friendly service, preparing food and drinks with precision, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your enthusiasm and efficiency will help drive sales, promote upselling opportunities, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as SquarePOS. Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and process credit card payments with POS systems. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and food prep stations by sanitizing surfaces regularly. Assist in food handling, packaging, and serving orders promptly to ensure quick service delivery. Follow all sanitation guidelines, food handling procedures, and safety protocols to uphold health standards in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Prior experience in food service or a quick service & fast food restaurant environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totaling. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced setting, and manage time effectively. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices. Experience with POS systems such as SquarePOS is advantageous but training will be provided. Previous restaurant experience or familiarity with the food industry is a plus; barista experience is beneficial.
