We are a high-energy facility dedicated to fostering a positive, safe, and nurturing environment where students and staff alike can thrive. Role Overview Our office team is essential to creating a welcoming experience for every family. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with children and families. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, manage various personalities, and handle difficult topics, such as finances or student behavior, with professionalism. You must be able to uphold company policies consistently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

• Greet and assist students, families, and guests professionally
• Manage phones and emails regarding enrollment, events, and policies.
• Assist with scheduling, account management, and general office support
• Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support administrative tasks and special events as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role.
• 3+ years of strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn scheduling software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A dependable, proactive team player who can also work independently.
• Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends. You may also be asked to work at our Citrus Heights or Roseville locations. What We Offer
