Responsibilities Assist senior service advisers in managing customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle services and repairs Support the preparation of auto estimates and service orders with accuracy and attention to detail Gain hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and tire services Help facilitate upselling opportunities by understanding vehicle maintenance packages and additional services Maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly during the service process Develop knowledge of dealership operations including vehicle maintenance schedules, oil changes, alignments, air brake systems, shocks & struts, diesel engine repairs, and auto body repairs Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive service management experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Basic understanding of automotive repair processes including auto estimating and service writing Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques is advantageous Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset Embark on an exciting journey into the automotive industry with us!
