Full Job Description Customer Service Representative Duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services to customers
  • Communicate effectively in English (bilingual)
  • Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or customer outreach
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Skills:
  • Familiarity eBay & Amazon & other Platform Sales & Service Rules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to up-sell or cross-sell products/services
  • Proficient in using customer service software and systems
