Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Order Processor to join our team in City of Industry. This position will support customers throughout the order process, from initial inquiry and order entry through delivery and follow-up. Construction industry experience is a plus, particularly experience working with contractors, building materials, or project-related orders.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and enter customer orders accurately and efficientlyRespond to customer inquiries via phone and emailProvide order status, product, pricing, and delivery informationCoordinate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillmentTrack orders and communicate updates or delays to customersResolve customer concerns and troubleshoot order issuesPrepare quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation as neededMaintain accurate customer and order recordsFollow up on backorders, shipments, and delivery schedulesAssist with general administrative and customer service duties as needed
