Rowland Heights, CA Job Details Part-time From $19 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Mandarin Phone communication English Phone canvassing Sales management systems proficiency Activity sales targets CRM system proficiency Customer interaction during outreach Sales automation technologies Sales follow-up Conducting sales calls Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description We're hiring a motivated phone-based representative to manage ongoing customer relationships for our reverse osmosis filter and water softener business. You'll use our CRM to call existing customers for scheduled service, remind them when filters are due for replacement, and proactively offer our maintenance plans and filter products. This role is equal parts customer care and sales — you genuinely help customers protect their water quality while growing revenue for the business. Each successful sale is an opportunity for commission. Requirements Must speak Mandarin and English, Additional Cantonese would be preferred Strong phone communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily Experience using a CRM system (any platform) Sales or upselling experience in a service or retail environment Organized and detail-oriented — you follow up and follow through Self-motivated with the ability to hit call and sales targets

From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
