In this role, you will serve as an important part of our front office operations by assisting clients in both English and Spanish, answering phone calls, coordinating appointments, and supporting daily customer service needs within a fast-paced insurance office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build long-term experience in customer service, administration, or the insurance industry. We are willing to train the right person and provide hands-on experience in a professional and team-oriented workplace. Duties Welcome and assist clients in person with professionalism and friendliness Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Follow up with clients regarding required documents and pending items Communicate with clients via phone, text, email, and office systems Support clients with basic insurance-related questions and processes Maintain organized and accurate client records Assist with front office workflow and daily office operations Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive client experience Use Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other office technology platforms to support communication and scheduling Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, organized, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Comfortable using computers and office technology Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and general office systems Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred Insurance experience is a plus, but not required Please submit your resume along with your availability and a brief introduction about yourself.
