Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Duties Greet customers promptly and courteously at the front desk or via multi-line phone systems, creating a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or team members. Assist customers with product or service questions, providing accurate information and troubleshooting support when needed. Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to update customer records and process transactions. Maintain organized filing systems, manage calendar appointments, and coordinate office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Support administrative functions including proofreading documents, handling clerical duties like filing and document management, and managing office supplies. Utilize technical proficiency in computer literacy tools like QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes and other software to streamline customer support processes. Experience Prior office experience with a focus on customer service or front desk responsibilities is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and general office management tools. Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette in a professional setting. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases. Knowledge of clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping enhances your suitability for this role. Previous experience in the propane field is a plus. Strong organizational skills combined with time management abilities will help you excel in managing multiple priorities efficiently.
