At Peninsula Wireless Services, we work with a leading wireless provider to help make connectivity more accessible for people from all backgrounds. We're hiring a Customer Care Representative who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and helping customers find services that fit their needs. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll meet with customers in-person throughout the Burlingame area, educate them on available wireless solutions, and help them get connected. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it a great fit for candidates from customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or other people-focused backgrounds. What You'll Do as a Customer Care Representative Engage directly with customers at community meetups, retail events, and outreach campaigns Learn our client's wireless products, services, and promotions Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience from start to finish Guide customers through enrollment and activation processes Support daily and weekly sales goals through professional customer interactions Work alongside fellow Customer Care Representative team members to share ideas and improve results Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, customer engagement, and sales development Why You'll Love this
