Client Service Associate
  • Wealth Management📍 San Carlos, CA (Hybrid
  • 2 days in office: Tues/Thurs)💰 $75K
  • 115K base + discretionary bonusA growing boutique wealth management firm is looking to add a Client Service Associate to support high-net-worth clients and work closely with a collaborative advisory team.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their wealth management career who wants to grow long-term within a successful RIA and be part of a high-touch client service environment.

What you'll do:

Support client onboarding, account opening, and ongoing account servicingPrepare materials for client meetings and assist with follow-up tasksCoordinate with custodians and client partners such as accountants and attorneysAssist with financial planning support and client communicationsMaintain accurate client records and manage workflows within CRM systems
