Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls Dispatching flights Checking-in and invoicing flights Tracking flight hours General office work and support Welcoming and signing-up new members Keeping front desk area clean and organized Effectively communicating with other staff

Requirements:

Competency in Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets Basic math skills Professional attitude and demeanor Multi-tasking ability, common sense, and alertness Proactive issue detection, resolution, and escalation Aviation experience preferred Able to live and work in the United States Able to commute to San Carlos for work 5 days a week If you are a highly organized and self-motivated individual with a passion for aviation, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
