Job Summary A growing organization in San Clemente, CA is seeking a Customer Service & Accounting professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role offers exposure to customer service, order entry, accounting support, purchasing, inventory coordination, compliance paperwork, and import/export documentation. - Receive and process customer sales orders submitted by email and phone.
- Print, review, and enter orders accurately into the company system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to confirm inventory availability, order status, and customer requirements.
- Support accounting processes including invoicing, purchase order creation, and documentation follow-up.
- Maintain organized spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Assist with paperwork, compliance documentation, and import/export forms as needed, with training provided. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $52,000 to $68,000 per year.

- Process customer sales orders and maintain accurate order documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, accounting, inventory, and other internal departments.
- Support invoicing, purchase orders, compliance paperwork, and related administrative tasks.
- Use Excel spreadsheets and office systems to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order processing, accounting support, administrative coordination, or a related role.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, helpful, and positive communication style.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Comfortable using CRM, ERP, or business management systems.
- High attention to detail, especially when handling paperwork, order accuracy, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to pivot quickly, prioritize changing tasks, and stay organized in a high-growth environment.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively with multiple departments.
- Strong follow-through and a will-do attitude. Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience.
- Experience with M3 or similar CRM, ERP, or order management systems.
- Familiarity with inventory coordination, invoicing, purchase orders, or regulated documentation.
- Exposure to import/export paperwork or compliance-related administrative work.
