Located in San Jose, CA, we specialize in wheelchairs, hospital beds, mobility scooters, rollators, and more — available for rent or purchase. All equipment is sanitized, and we offer professional same-day delivery across San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, and the greater Bay Area. Walk-ins are always welcome. About the Role We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to be the operational anchor of our medical supply storefront and warehouse. You'll own everything from the front counter to the warehouse floor — keeping equipment organized, customers taken care of, and deliveries running on time. Trust, accountability, and attention to detail are non-negotiables. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing things right, this role was built for you. What You'll Do Manage the retail storefront and warehouse day-to-day Sanitize and maintain all medical equipment at the facility Organize and manage inventory levels accurately Create and process invoices using QuickBooks Manage equipment rentals using EZ Rent Out (check-in & check-out) Build and manage daily delivery schedules and optimize routes Answer incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service Intake, process, and fulfill customer orders — ensuring complete satisfaction Lift and move equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs What We're Looking For Trustworthy and dependable — Taking Ownership. Tech-savvy and comfortable using a computer; QuickBooks and EZ Rent Out experience is a plus Organized under pressure — able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Strong communicator — professional and caring on the phone with customers Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Experience in medical supply, logistics, or warehouse environments preferred Valid driver's license preferred for delivery route management The Right Fit You'll be the face of Alliance Medical for customers who depend on our equipment for their daily medical needs. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
