Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm What you'll be doing: Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all interactions Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and helpful communication Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Process a variety of requests, including orders, forms, and applications, while ensuring all data is accurate and timely Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and their families to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution Maintain a well-organized record of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure complete satisfaction What we're looking for: High School Diploma or GED Call Center Customer Service experience Healthcare experience Must be able to pass background check and drug screening Nice to have: Bilingual in Vietnamese or Spanish Covid-19 vaccination and booster
