Our CSRs are our first points of contact with our guests and are focused on building great relationships. Main lobby operations - check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general questions Answering and handling calls in a professional manner Maintaining cleanliness Maintaining cleanliness Scheduling File maintenance Data entry
